James Ramsay appointed for NHS Lothian
We’ve been appointed by NHS Lothian to deliver the contract for the servicing and maintenance of its gas, oil and steam boilers and associated plant.
The contract awarded to James Ramsay, through a competitive tender process, involves a range of services including pre-planned servicing, 24/7 callout cover and emergency response for boiler appliances across the estate.
Integral to the contract award is James Ramsay’s team being trained in the Autoflame System. Three of Ramsay’s service engineers recently travelled to the London training facility, BK Labtech, to complete the technical training for authorised representatives, where participants learn how the Autoflame burner management system should be installed, commissioning best practices, and service procedures. – with an emphasis on safety and the correct operating practices needed to maximise efficient, safe, and reliable operation.

We already have extensive experience in the NHS estate, and the team is looking forward to further developing knowledge around new technology to support the delivery of this contract.”
